Nous passons le circuit de traitement des prêts hypothécaires pour les clients étrangers sans NIE au moment de la réservation de la propriété.
A partir de maintenant nous pouvons faire l'examen et l'approbation des prêts hypothécaires sous réserve de la contribution du NIE et fixer la date de l'écriture sans le NIE.
Toutefois, dans ce cas est une exigence obligatoire que le client passe un sejours 5 jours (de travail) avant d'écrire à fournir le NIE pour la vérification par le département des risques.
Le défaut d'adopter le chèque à la clientèle qui ne sera pas remboursé l'argent qu'il a conclu par voie de taxation.
Le processus de demande de prêt hypothécaire reste le même.
